Dating apps cause digital fatigue, but in the Columbia River Gorge, the challenge goes deeper. Meeting new people here is tough, and in close-knit towns where everyone knows everyone, finding a partner can feel repetitive and challenging to do in a private way.
Columbia Gorge Cupid was born out of a desire for something better, and vastly more discreet. We believe lasting relationships are built on shared values, lifestyle compatibility, and mutual readiness, not algorithmic luck. This isn't a public singles catalog for neighbors to browse; it’s a private, deeply intentional registry designed to help local singles connect authentically.

The Compatibility Intake
Complete our private intake questionnaire, which is deeply rooted in relational psychology and long-term compatibility studies. We look past the surface to understand the core elements that make love last, including exploring your values, lifestyle and habits, love languages, and conflict styles. This intake establishes the foundation for every connection we make and is focused on uncovering what an authentic partnership truly looks like for you.

Meet the Matchmaker
We meet with every single applicant face-to-face to ensure our private community remains real, intentional, and ready for connection. This brief video consultation lets us get a sense of your personal energy and chat about your ideal partner. Once you submit your required intake form, you will be taken straight to Calendly to pick a time to meet. We'll send a Google Meet link directly to your email for the call. (Pro tip: Test the link ahead of time to ensure a smooth setup!)

The Intentional Introduction
If we find that you're a great fit for the registry, we’ll have you submit a recent photo for your private file. Then, the matchmaking begins! When we discover someone who genuinely aligns with your values, lifestyle, and readiness, we act as your intermediary. We’ll send a brief, anonymous profile to both of you explaining why we believe you’re a strong match. Your privacy is fully protected: we will only securely exchange your contact information after both parties express mutual interest.
